Prof. Li frequently gave talks to parents, teachers and the public on education, psychology and social issues. The talks were live recordings edited for easy viewing.

What is going to happen in education in the 21st century? In a talk on the subject, Prof. Li gave a comprehensive outline. In part one, Prof. Li outlined the global perspectives and the First World Perspectives.
